Mark's clients find him to be approachable, down to earth and happy to discuss any matter informally, whilst retaining a sharp and focused approach to his advocacy. He transferred to the Bar following a commercial management career in the construction industry, the experience of which he brings to bear in his approach, not only to his caseload but also his own practice.

Mark's busy family law practice includes dealing with disputes relating to both divorce and finance and children.
Divorce and Financial Settlement
Mark is routinely instructed to advise and represent clients in relation to all manner of divorce and financial settlement cases. He offers experience of complex cases featuring assets held in property and business, non-disclosure and cases involving lump sum maintenance variations. Most of Mark's instructions in this area of law include one of the following:

Mark offers advice and representation at all stages of financial settlement cases from first appointments to final hearings and appeals. In addition to the above, Mark has been instructed to act for clients in a number of TOLATA claims.
Child Arrangements
He accepts instructions to deal with disputes involving contact and residence, prohibited steps and specific issue orders. Mark also has specific experience of cases involving allegations of domestic violence and substance abuse with CAFCASS involvement and represents clients in fact-finding hearings.
