Family Law

I am busy family practitioner and represent clients in all types of family proceedings, including:

* Financial Remedy proceedings (sometimes referred to as ancillary relief or matrimonial finance);

* Proceedings concerning Children - including private law proceedings and public law proceedings;

* Proceedings brought under the Family Law Act 1996, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders;

* TOLATA proceedings, concerning ownership of land interests in land and property;

* Forced Marriage proceedings.

My financial remedy case load ranges from cases where there are limited assets available to cases where there are substantial capital assets, business assets and extensive pension provision.

Civil Law

My civil law practice incorporates a wide range of matters, including personal injury, employer's liability, medical and professional negligence, possession and housing disputes and contract and consumer issues. I regularly advise on liability and quantum, pre- and post-issue, and represents clients at directions hearings, interim applications and at trial.
