Michael is a skilled and experienced Barrister with a thorough knowledge of property and housing law. Prior to joining the Bar, Michael worked as an advocate in hundreds of cases involving mortgage repossession, unpaid rent and anti-social behaviour as well as other areas of property law.
Michael is known for his tenacious but pragmatic approach to litigation, never losing sight of the client's objectives and able to assess the best way forward at any stage. Michael appreciates that, now more than ever, costs are a key issue and is able to give advice which reflects the reality of litigation whilst also being able to fight for his client's position in Court or during negotiations.
