Jonathan has experience of all aspects of construction and engineering disputes including claims relating to payment, defects, delay, loss & expense, and professional negligence matters. He has particular experience relating to: delay/extension of time matters; claims for loss and expense; liquidated damages; defective work; final account matters; certification issues; disruption claims; subsidence and tree root related damage; general property damage claims; party wall matters and matters relating to the Party Wall Act; professional negligence; and negligence and nuisance claims.
