Everyday experience of MOJ Protocol hearings and dealing with cases on all 3 case management tracks from drafting pleadings, advising on liability, procedure and quantum on paper and in conference and appearing in court at all stages of litigation.

Family law practice is predominantly private law children on a public access basis. Fixed fees agreed in advance for court and advisory work.

Non-molestation orders and occupation orders applied for and responded to.

Regular experience appearing in the family proceedings court, county court and high court in public law proceedings for local authorities and parents.
