Profile description
She is well versed with the new Immigration Rules regarding Article 8 family and private life and the best interests of the child. She takes instructions without the need of a solicitor thus cutting expenses for the client.
She has excellent experience in dealing with the TOEIC cases and is currently working close with others in brining a case against TES.
She deals with applications from people in detention in a timely manner and is able to get most people out on bail, provided they have a good surety.
She has recently obtained permission to appeal from the Court of Appeal on a student matter.
