Private Law Children Saima has considerable experience with all private law cases involving all types of contact and residence issues including intractable contact disputes, shared residence, international relocation and abduction cases and cases involving allegations of domestic violence, and physical, emotional and sexual abuse. She has significant experience dealing with both final hearings and finding of fact hearings. She also has experience dealing with cases requiring injunctive relief. Public Law Children In Public Law cases, Saima has regularly represented local authorities, children, parents including parents with learning difficulties through the Official Solicitor and grandparents. This includes hearings at all stages of proceedings including finding of fact and final hearings. Saima has dealt with complex cases involving non accidental injury, physical and sexual abuse and serious neglect. Client Base Saima is currently working from Dubai and undertakes general advice by telephone/video conference and written advices on all matters concerning children cases. She is available for court hearings in the UK. She is also available to assist and advise British expats based in the United Arab Emirates on all children matters.
