Fatima has extensive experience in Civil Litigation. She has a wide ranging practice encompassing personal injury, money claims & debt, housing (property) and other general litigation matters.
Having worked for many years as a solicitor before becoming a barrister Fatima has developed a good understanding of the needs of her clients. She is therefore able to fashion pragmatic solutions which benefit her clients. Her extensive experience as a lawyer has given Fatima strong technical knowledge. She is therefore able to rigorously analyse the legal issues in any case and use them to her client’s advantage. Fatima will always go the extra mile to find arguments which support her client’s case.
