•H v M Plc, acting for the Claimant in a 3-day Unfair Dismissal and Wrongful Dismissal claim, including Remedy
•H v G (a partnership), acting for the Claimant at a Preliminary Hearing to determine the issue of Employment Status
•Advising, and representing at a Preliminary Hearing, a multiple of Claimants in a deduction from wages and breach of contract claim
