Profile description
Arman is instructed at all levels of the Immigration and Asylum Tribunals. Arman also accepts instructions to draft grounds for Judicial Review applications and grounds of appeal to the Upper Tribunal. Arman's practice varies from EEA appeals to dealing with more serious deportation cases. Arman has also been instructed to make applications for interim relief by telephone out of hours.
Arman also takes instructions in family matters including child contact matters and has also acted for parties in applications seeking to remove children out of the Jurisdiction of England and Wales. He also receives in instructions in civil / commercial matters and has a keen interest in Landlord and Tenant law. Arman was recently successful in obtaining relief from sanction for a commercial tenant from the High Court.
Arman accepts instructions all over the country.
Prior to coming to the Bar Arman was involved business and politics and continues to retain a keen interest in both.
